nico346i Posted February 5, 2020 Share Posted February 5, 2020 My Corsair Strafe RGB MK 2 CHERRY SILENT freezes. The light stop moving (it is still on though) and no matter what button I press nothing happens. Then I have to plug the keyboard out and wait for a couple of days to use it and then after a couple of hours, it turns off again. Cloud092 Posted April 21, 2020 Share Posted April 21, 2020 Yeah I have the exact same issue and nothing I've done has resolved it. I often have to unplug it and plug it into the front usb ports in order for it to work. It won't work anywhere else even though it does have power (since I have a mousepad connected to it and it turns on every time I plug it in). I've updated the BIOS, updated the firmware on the KB and just today tried uninstalling iCUE to see if it was interfering but it freezed as I was typing this. So yeah... there's that.
