Warranty support

I'm wondering what sort of support I can expect from Corsair. I have a bad 512 stick (VS1GBKIT400) which worked fine for 3 months. I swapped sticks and #2 worked fine in the place of #1--system would not operate (WinXP SP2) with bad stick in motherboard (MSI K8N NEO2 + AMD 64 3500+). Memtest also showed problems with the stick.

 

I have phoned (left voice message), emailed and even faxed over the past week requesting an RMA number. Nothing, no reply to anything. Any suggestions on how to get some action from Corsair?

What time are you calling? Our hours are for Customer service 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Pacific Time and for Tech support 8:30 Am to 5:30 PM.

If you do not have a reply please call them at 888-222-4346 and dial "0" that will take you right to them.
