Istarish
It seems to be broken for my H100i Platinum running 1.00.33 as well... It says "Failed to load a firmware update for H100i PLATINUM" and allows for selecting a firmware image from the local storage.

Waukeen
Well, that's awesome to know. But 1.01.15 is the most recent unless one in beta made it into the wild.

RafaPolit
I can report the same issue for all my peripherals: - Corsair Saber RGB Optical Mouse - Corsair H100i RGB Platinum - Corsair Commander PRO Every attempt at a firmware check reads: "The firmware update is not available or failed to load for XXXX" If they are in their latest versions, there should be no error. ajmi982
i too have a H115i Platinum that refuses to show in iCUE. I have tried iCUE from 3.15.101 up to 3.18.77 H115i Platinum shows GREEN in USBDeview. I have done complete uninstall of iCUE and CCleaner and appdata folder removal. Nothing i have done gets the H115i Platinum to show. I believe its a bricked unit due to firmware issue. Can i manually update the firmware with a batch command or command prompt? amdsquad
Same issue on H115i Platinum that gets disconnected from iCUE after 2-3 mins after system boot. The only way to re-trigger it to be again detected is BIOS default settings. It says USB device experienced issue and also won't let me update the firmware.
