Avoid any Corsair product that relays on iCue.

Same issue on H115i Platinum that gets disconnected from iCUE after 2-3 mins after system boot. The only way to re-trigger it to be again detected is BIOS default settings. It says USB device experienced issue and also won't let me update the firmware.
