Finally replacing the mb and getting away from the problem some Gigabyte board and going to the MSI K8 NEo 4 sli, putting all componets into another machine and replacing the processor in my computer and still getting errors in Windows Installiation. I started running with a single stick of ram pulled one and found the computer works fine. I have 2 sticks of CMX512-3200XL-ProLL memtest is showing one stick is bad while running each stick sepratly. I'd like to get an RMA to replace the stick.
