adrian5683
Hi all, I just put together a system using an H100i Platinum, HX850i, Vengeance Pro RAM, Commander Pro + RGB Fan Hub, 6 LL120 fans and 4 lighting strips. I just installed iCUE for the first time and it only detects the AIO, RAM and PSU, any suggestions? I don't have a USB header on my mobo so the CoPro is connected with two adapter cables I bought here and plugged in my mobo's I/O. Could that be the issue? DevBiker
It could be, especially if you reversed the cables.
adrian5683
What do you mean be reversing the cables? Might very well have done that...
DevBiker
Well, the connection to the CoPro isn't reversible. They have to be connected a specific way. Usually you can match wire colors.
adrian5683
Thank you, I will check now.
adrian5683
Ok, I'm stomped... I matched the wire coloring on one of the USB adapter cables to the corresponding color on one of the CoPro header's rows. The other row has entirely different color wires so the issue must be with the second adapter cable. I plugged it in the second header row so that one pin sticks out at the end, since there's a 9 pin USB header on the CoPro. Is that not correct? EDIT: I had to remove the grounding pin from the second adapter cable... :faceslap: Everything is working fine now. Thanks again for your help, much appreciated.
