requesting an RMA: bad ram

Please give me an RMA so I can return my XMS 3200 512mb stick.

 

I have had the stick for almost 2 years. I bought two of them and had no problems until recently. I ran memtest and a few others and, after pulling sticks and running the tests independently, found that this stick has some issues. I am confident that there are no bios or other hardware conflicts given the extensive testing I ran and the lack of prior problems.

If you have more than one module and you are using them in the same system I would suggest you submit both modules for replacment so they match.

Please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it!
