No response from Corsair at all

Hi, I posted about two weeks back concerning a bad module. That thread can be found here: http://www.houseofhelp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=35636


I filled out the online form, but never recieved a response. I filled it out again to make sure nothing happened, but again no resopnse. I eventually emailed rma@corsairmemory.com on the 17th (a week ago), but have still recieved no response.
