evl
While performing computer maintenance, I noticed a loose wire on the Corsair Link Digital Cable, more precisely on the wires that are connected to the Comm port of the AX860-i power supply. As shown in the attached photo, it is possible to see that one of the wires is loose, making it impossible to monitor via Corsair Link. I cannot remove the connector to redo the connection with the wire. The question is, is it possible to perform this type of repair? Should I contact support or buy a new cable? In case of new purchase, would THIS be the correct cable? I would like to point out that I live in Brazil, so I would need the product to be internationally shipped or that there would be an official representative in my country. Corsair Employees Corsair Mint Posted October 8, 2018 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 8, 2018 Hi evl, You might be able to repair the cable yourself, but just in case, I'd recommend contacting support about it. And you're correct, the cable you linked the proper one. Reach out to support about it. http://support.corsair.com
