Serfma Posted September 19, 2018 Share Posted September 19, 2018 I'm on Win10 Version 10.0.17134 Build 17134. I'm using v3.7.99 for iCUE. I can absolutely not get iCUE to enable Dolby Surround and have it actually apply to the headphones. I have uninstalled the headset driver, iCUE, restarted and reinstalled iCUE (Win10 reinstalls the headset driver automagically) to absolutely no avail. Corsair Employees Corsair Mint Posted September 19, 2018 Corsair Employees Share Posted September 19, 2018 Hi Serfma, Can you try closing out of iCUE (system tray, too!) and then running iCUE as Administrator?
