chongmagic
My fan speed is constantly showing 0, and I cannot seem to control the speed via the software. Is this a bug? Also, it is only showing one fan.
DevBiker
The H100i V2 will only show 1 fan; they are both controlled together. Are the fans spinning? Are they plugged in to the cooler? Do you have the cooler powered correctly? See section "B" in the Cooler FAQ linked in my signature.
chongmagic
Yes they were showing up fine in Corsair Link. As soon as I upgraded to iCUE is when they are showing 0 rpms. They are spinning and I can tell they are spinning up and down.
DevBiker
What is the pump speed showing in iCue? And have you checked/reset the Corsair USBXp Driver in Device manager (see the Liquid Cooler FAQ). Do you have any other monitoring tools?
chongmagic
Pump speed is showing 1290 in iCUE The Corsair USBxp driver is enabled but there are two instances.
DevBiker
Pump speed is showing 1290 in iCUE The Corsair USBxp driver is enabled but there are two instances. That pump speed is low; it's likely that it's not powered correctly. Check the fan header that it is connected to. See the Cooler FAQ in my signature, section B for info. chongmagic
I guess my issue is that it was running fine before iCue and now it's not. I belive from memory it is plugged into the AIO pump on my ASUS motherboard.
chongmagic
I turned off q-fan in the asus bios settings and that fixed it.
DevBiker
I turned off q-fan in the asus bios settings and that fixed it. Excellent! It may not have been running fine before iCue ... you just may not have noticed. BTW ... this is really common, mainly because Corsair didn't include any information on how to properly power the pump in the installation instructions. They should have.
