SUMOpower
I first purchased Corsair One Pro with GTX 1080 and M.2 ssd last year in August. It have been sent back after me replacing it with a new device in early February due to the old one have issues with turning on and randomly shut down. Just an hour from now, the new device's PSU died without any indication. I contact with the Corsair One Support and are happy with their services. However, I am still frustrated with this happened twice. I haven't set up an back up for this computer and as a college student, I have a lot of important files that are related to school in this device. I really do not know what to do, with the supports told me all devices that are sent in will be erased totally.
MrPace
It would seem to me a company like Corsair should be able to salvage your SSD/HDD and put them in a replacement device, assuming they still both work and aren't damaged. I once had to send out an ASUS All-In-One and they were able to do just that for me...
Corsair Employee Corsair Alan Posted February 27, 2018 Corsair Employee Share Posted February 27, 2018 We can offer to repair your unit by replacing the PSU, and trouble shoot your random shut downs. This way you can still retain your files. Can you send me your support ticket #?
