Mrmacro
Hello ever sins i got the scimitar it's been a bumpy ride ,i love the the mouse but the bugs in Cue is horrible and been going on far to long. isen't it time to employ some real programmers  and address the issues? for me the mouse have a 50/50 chance to start up on reboot meaning its dead and not recognised as plugged in ref "CUE causing USB disconnect sound on startup" and i have to reboot again sometimes two to three times the other thing is more the same but the G-keys don't work and i have to reboot again this been going on for six months best regards from a frustrated customer
terabyte
Do you perhaps have a "Macro execution error" listed if you open CUE? What OS are you using? Also which CUE version, and if you could post your system specs it would help (you can also add them to your profile using the link at the top of each page in the center). Mrmacro
no errors and latest cue when g keys dont work randomly cue hangs up and have to kill it in task manager, but restart the program wont work have to reboot the whole system. tried different usb ports for the disconnect issues ,first i thought it was bitdefender comparability issue but even after allowing it in antivirus, firewall and uninstalled bitdefender makes no difference also another thing is it sometimes remap the keys by itself Operating System Windows 10 Pro 64-bit CPU Intel Core i7 5820K @ 3.30GHz Haswell-E/EP 22nm Technology RAM 16,0GB Unknown @ 1066MHz (15-15-15-36) Motherboard MSI X99S SLI PLUS (MS-7885) (SOCKET 0) Graphics BenQ G2420HD (1920x1080@60Hz) VG248 (1920x1080@60Hz) 2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB (MSI) Operating System Windows 10 Pro 64-bit Computer type: Desktop Installation Date: 2017-04-02 19:11:49 Windows Security Center User Account Control (UAC) Enabled Notify level 0 - Never Notify Windows Update AutoUpdate Not configured Windows Defender Windows Defender Disabled Firewall Firewall Enabled Display Name Bitdefender Firewall Antivirus Windows Defender Antivirus Disabled Virus Signature Database Up to date Bitdefender Antivirus Antivirus Enabled Virus Signature Database Up to date .NET Frameworks installed v4.6 Full v4.6 Client v3.5 SP1 v3.0 SP2 v2.0 SP2 Internet Explorer Version 11.953.14393.0 PowerShell Version 5.1.14393.0 Environment Variables USERPROFILE C:\Users\Lotuz SystemRoot C:\Windows User Variables OneDrive C:\Users\Lotuz\OneDrive Path C:\Users\Lotuz\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WindowsApps TEMP C:\Users\Lotuz\AppData\Local\Temp TMP C:\Users\Lotuz\AppData\Local\Temp Machine Variables ComSpec C:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe NUMBER_OF_PROCESSORS 12 OS Windows_NT Path C:\Windows\system32 C:\Windows C:\Windows\System32\Wbem C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\ C:\Program Files (x86)\NVIDIA Corporation\PhysX\Common PATHEXT .COM;.EXE;.BAT;.CMD;.VBS;.VBE;.JS;.JSE;.WSF;.WSH;.MSC PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE AMD64 PROCESSOR_IDENTIFIER Intel64 Family 6 Model 63 Stepping 2, GenuineIntel PROCESSOR_LEVEL 6 PROCESSOR_REVISION 3f02 PSModulePath %ProgramFiles%\WindowsPowerShell\Modules C:\Windows\system32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\Modules TEMP C:\Windows\TEMP TMP C:\Windows\TEMP USERNAME SYSTEM windir C:\Windows Power Profile Active power scheme High performance Hibernation Enabled Turn Off Monitor after: (On AC Power) 30 min Turn Off Hard Disk after: (On AC Power) Never Suspend after: (On AC Power) Never Screen saver Disabled Uptime Current Session Current Time 2017-04-03 16:15:11 Current Uptime 19*335 sec (0 d, 05 h, 22 m, 15 s) Last Boot Time 2017-04-03 10:52:56 Services Running Application Information Running Background Tasks Infrastructure Service Running Base Filtering Engine Running Bitdefender Desktop Update Service Running Bitdefender Device Management Service Running Bitdefender Product Agent Service Running Bitdefender Protected Service Running Bitdefender Virus Shield Running CDPUserSvc_32e36 Running CNG Key Isolation Running COM+ Event System Running Computer Browser Running Connected Devices Platform Service Running Connected User Experiences and Telemetry Running CoreMessaging Running Credential Manager Running Cryptographic Services Running DbxSvc Running DCOM Server Process Launcher Running Delivery Optimization Running Device Association Service Running DHCP Client Running Diagnostic Policy Service Running Diagnostic Service Host Running Diagnostic System Host Running Distributed Link Tracking Client Running DNS Client Running GamingApp_Service Running GamingHotkey_Service Running Geolocation Service Running Human Interface Device Service Running IKE and AuthIP IPsec Keying Modules Running IObit Uninstaller Service Running IP Helper Running IPsec Policy Agent Running Local Session Manager Running Microsoft Windows SMS Router Service. Corsair Employee Corsair James Posted April 12, 2017 Corsair Employee Share Posted April 12, 2017 Are you using Intel USB 3.0 ports or third party? That makes a huge difference. If you're using the latter, do not use the default Windows 3.0 drivers through Windows update. Go to the manufacturer's site and download the official drivers instead as we know there are problems with Asmedia and VIA 3.0 USB through Windows drivers. Bugs will always exist because of the sheer number of hardware configurations. Anytime we've been able to diagnose an issue with CUE, we resolve it ASAP (and why we have monthly updates). However, not all bugs a user like yourself experiences is a result of CUE. In almost all cases that I've handled personally, its usually a combination of hardware and Windows issues that causes the problem and makes CUE erratic. No i always used the recommended usb 3.0 drivers in my case Asmedia, and yes i know its hard to pinpoint the causes of some issues but when its only the mouse that doesn't work correctly and all other usb products i have works flawlessly also that many other forum users reporting similar/equal issues that just makes Cue the prime suspect. I believe more that its some bug in the firmware in the mouse, in the end its kinda ironic i been using Razer nagas for some years before i bought the scimitar, reclaimed 5 mouses over a one year period but the Razer software worked flawless here it's the other way around :D
