No Response to my RMA request for one week

As per thread #165320 - I have a confirmed bad module and have submitted my RMA request three times.


1. one week ago by online form

2. one week ago by fax

3. several days ago by email with a screenshot of my onlie form


I am getting tired of filling out forms and I'm getting no response - what's up?
