AMDbigboy Posted March 8, 2016 Share Posted March 8, 2016 Hello, you have a nice build there, but why did you choose the 5820k instead of the 5930k? Especially since you went with 2 GPUs! You know had you gone with the 5930k, you could have ran both of those GPUs at x16, but instead they are running at x8 because you lost PCIe lanes by running the 5820k CPU. I never understood the "Halo" guys who bought the 5820k CPU. IMO, it defeats the purpose of the whole platform. One major appeal is the 40 PCIe lanes, so why limit them?
