Gunmoku
I keep trying to turn on CUE via Windows 7 and now it doesn't work at all. I get the following error: Problem signature: Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: CorsairHID.exe Application Version: 1.9.62.0 Application Timestamp: 55cdd0b2 Fault Module Name: MSVCR120.dll Fault Module Version: 12.0.21005.1 Fault Module Timestamp: 524f7ce6 Exception Code: 40000015 Exception Offset: 000a7676 OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.1 Locale ID: 1033 Additional Information 1: cb43 Additional Information 2: cb43d7df3bfca6730dbafd1d7c33a6a0 Additional Information 3: 9f9c Additional Information 4: 9f9ce78db9ae08d2a7d958010d11afc8 The popup reads: "Trying to add with collection page 65474 that already exists." If it's worth noting, I updated my Scimitar RGB's firmware and it suddenly crashed mid-install. Should I attempt a re-flash? If so, how do I go about doing that? Corsair Jay
Hi Gunmoku, I suggest uninstalling the CUE software and updating to the latest version. Here's a direct link to 1.15.
Toasted
Also try reinstalling the Visual C++ Redistributable packages and see whether that helps. If it doesn't, delete everything inside %Appdata%\Corsair\HID and see if anything changes.
