I think is the firmware because we made tests with other computers and always the same problem. Im using Windows 10 now.. when I buy it I was using the win7.. Please please.. help. Sorry my english. Thanks. Which keyboard do you have and did you perform an "upgrade" or did you do a clean install? I am also assuming that the keyboard worked fine prior to upgrading to win 10?
