Wasf
I ordered my PSU from newegg and built my whole system except for my graphics card. It turned on once or twice and then just stopped working all together when I reseated my ram and put the GPU in. Now it does nothing at all and when it worked the first two times I had to wiggle the plug that goes into the PSU from the outlet for it to work. I think it came in faulty and I would like to know if I can replace it? If I can, could I also send it with just the PSU and bag it came in not the cables or do I have to ship it with everything? I can do proof of purchase too if needed. But I bought it on the 12th of Feb. Help?
Corsair Employee Fauxbeard Posted February 23, 2016 Corsair Employee Share Posted February 23, 2016 If you just purchased your AX760 and it is DOA, it would be faster to request an exchange through Newegg. If you want to confirm/verify if it is indeed faulty, check the sticky. Otherwise, submit a RMA ticket here.
