Location Change for SERVICE.LOG File

Good afternoon,

I was wondering if anyone would know how I could change the location of the file SERVICE.LOG which is located in the C:\ProgramData\CLink4 folder.

My C:\ Drive is an SSD Drive and I would much rather have this data located on an alternate mechanical drive since it is in a constant state of update.

If this is not possible, is there a work around to shut this update to the file off? I turned off the logging option in the Corsair Link GRAPHING Section but to no avail.

Thank you kindly

Marc

I doubt if you can. I also noticed this file and reported about it.

  • The service.log log file seems to be always created and I can't find out how to disable this. It could also end up being rather large, mine was 84MB when I deleted it and I suspect those who run CL4 24/7 may end up with several GB.
