edenhawk Posted February 14, 2016 Share Posted February 14, 2016 My brand new H2100 headset is working correctly in that it will play music but the light when charging is always on a solid amber colour (no pulse) and it never goes green. Im not sure how much it is getting charged at ive left it charging for over 6 hours on my pc and it only works for an hour before the battery runs out (no red light shown). When it first arrived i left it on a direct to plug usb charger and over night but this did nothing so im not sure if this has messed with it. Any advise would be appreciated, i have tried the plug out and into pc usb slot to see if something will change but so far no luck. Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
