fUR Posted February 13, 2016 Share Posted February 13, 2016 Hi all Happy owner of 4 RED Vengeance 1600 which give me great satisfaction on Asus Crosshair Formula IV mobo, I purchased second hand Black Vengeance Triple Channel Kit : CMZ12GX3M3A1600C9 12 gb . the mobo for this kit is a Gigabyte G1.Sniper Rev 1.0 with X58 Intel Chipset Socket 1366. Whatever configuration I use : 4 Gb one Dimm socket 8 Gb two Dimm sockets 12 gb three dimm sockets Win 10 64 bit is very unstable and bugs are occuring every now and then. I tried many setups in BIOS ike changing the XMP, manually setup , change and lower to 1333 mhz, auto , well everything but it did not help I then tried the same kit with 1,2, and 3 modules on Asus Crosshair Formula Iv mobo and the MemOk ! function. Same issues ! So what can I do to get this kit work and if not possible what test can I run to check and see which module (or 2 or the 3) is bad ? Memtest say all is ok !
