Hey there,

I tried to update my Corsair void wireless headset's firmware today (to the latest version) and as soon as it started to download, my computer bluescreened.

Here's a video of it happening: [ame=

My current issue is that windows isn't recognising it anymore (I can't play sound through it) even though it pairs up

Any help?

The BSOD is caused by the asmthub3.sys driver. Googling it shows its the ASMedia USB 3.0 drivers.

You will want to update your ASMedia drivers or use a different USB port that is controlled by the Intel chipset. You can find which port is controlled by which in your motherboard's user manual.

You'll want to update your ASmedia drivers directly from them as well. Most motherboard support sites don't post the latest drivers for it after the motherboard is EOL.
