fostiras
Hello, I bought myself a Strafe RGB and I have to say that I'm in love with it. I had never owned a mechanical keyboard before and typing on this now seems so much different! Anyways, I have to deal with a small issue unfortunately and that is that I have to reconnect my device upon every restart in order for the keyboard to be detected to CUE. I plug the usb with the 2 arrows first and then the other one of course. Did somebody have the same problem? If you could help me I would be very glad! Thanks. Toasted
Please fillout your system specs. http://forum.corsair.com/v3/profile.php?do=extra Do you have the latest BIOS installed? Have you tried a different USB port? Do you have any uSB devices connected to the passthru?
fostiras
Plugging the keyboard to other USB ports seems to have fixed my problem, thanks for your help buddy :) Edit: This only worked once, now I'm dealing with the same problem again. Yes I have my mouse plugged to the passthrough (Razer Abyssus)

sforl
I'm experiencing the same problem. Can someone offer a solution?
Toasted
@Kapsztajn Disconnect the mouse from the USB passthru and see if that changes anything. @Sforl Have you tried different USB ports? Make sure the USB port you have the keyboard plugged in is controlled by the Intel chipset. Do you have the latest BIOS installed? You may want to look into your UEFI USB settings and see whether enabling/disabling a option will resolve your issue as well.
