Timings when overclocked

What timings and voltage should I use when I overclock my Corsair TWIN2X512-5400C4???

I am currently running on these settings: (667MHz)

CPU External Frequency: Manually set to 250MHz

DDR2 SDRAM Clock: Manually set to 533MHz

SDRAM CAS Latency: 4T

SDRAM RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD): 4T

SDRAM Row Precharge (tRP): 4T

SDRAM Active to Precharge Delay (tRAS): 12T

DDR2 SDRAM Voltage: 1.9

I am thinking about these settings:

CPU External Frequency: Manually set to 266MHz (or 267MHz)

DDR2 SDRAM Clock: Manually set to 533MHz

SDRAM CAS Latency: 5T

SDRAM RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD): 5T

SDRAM Row Precharge (tRP): 5T

SDRAM Active to Precharge Delay (tRAS): 15T

DDR2 SDRAM Voltage: 2.0

Tell me what you think about these settings.

Do you think I really need to increase the timings? (Correction: What are the lowest timings when running 711MHz or more?)

Is the voltage OK? Should I use a higher or lower voltage?

RAM GUY maybe?

If it doesn´t run stable on my current CPU I´m getting a 550 CPU instead, so that I can lower the multiple to 14x and speed up my FSB even more.

I am jus curious about te timings and voltages for future reference.

I have made a post very similar to this one on another thread, but I thought it would be best to start a new one.

I thought it could be interesting to more people than me.

I was just a little curious.

I will try different settings with the timings and see what works best.

The only thing I was worrying about was the voltage.

Max voltage is 2.1, right?

Well, I hope others can write here about their problems and questions on their corsair/mobo-settings.
