Graphite Series™ 780T Yellow (CC-9011064-WW) release date?

Is Corsair trolling? Another retailer says 31st Jan? It seems like, Corsair gives a different date for each supplier?
Corsair doesn't set the date a store puts on their website. Many things contribute to when an item is shipped out to a particular distributor, when they ship out to their retail customers, and when those retail customers put it up for sale.

I am buying the white version and spray painting it yellow. I will post the results

I think going this route will be much more rewarding for you once your finished

Im seriously thinking about breaking my recent build down and going a blue tint white while keeping Indigo Blue panels...

Then how is it a retailer can provide a "date" but Corsair doesn't? My gut feeling says you guys know more than what you're telling us here. :nono:

We can't give out a date as to when your local store / website will sell it due to the number of things out of our control.

A store can give a date (which is probably an estimate) because they know when the stock of items left their distributor and the ETA of when they'll receive it and how long it'll take to get to the point in their processes where it's ready to sell.

Here is my progress so far on the spray painting:

Hi - Just wondering if you can give me some advice. I gave up on the yellow case and instead bought a white one for Christmas. Unfortunately one of the LED's on the fan speed controller has packed up.

Corsair support were brilliant and got me a replacement two days later! However I can't work out how to remove the old one. There are two obvious screws just under the top cover, but there appear to be two more screws hidden inside - somewhere behind the front cover above the drive bays. I guess you've got to these during the (awesome!) respray.

Any advice? Thanks

I just want to hear it from a corsair employee on whether or not this 780t yellow case is still in the works of being made. I've waited an awfully long time for it to be released, and I just want to know if I should stop having high hopes and go with something else. Thanks again!

I know I've finally given up on it. Now turned my attention to getting the white version but its never in stock anymore :( I second the want for an employee to give us some insight seeing as how every time i hit the homepage its like HEY COME BUY THIS BEAUTIFUL YELLOW CASE, but its not there.

My i7-5930 and twin titan reference gtx 970s are just staring at me like "why haven't you found a home for us yet?"

The cooler and power supply are always sold out too. The final pieces to my puzzle continue to elude me....at least no one seems to be buying DDR4 so that was easy to get my hands on.

The last that I heard about this was that the side panel color was off and they were looking into making sure that it matched the rest of the case before launching it.

That was the issue about three months ago though. We haven't really heard much about its progress yet, or lack of.

I love Corsair 780T Graphite Yellow. Please Corsair release that case, is the best case of all Graphite Series, money isn't a problem, if you need to grow the price 30$ more, do it. I will wait to build my computer until you release that tower. Please don't letdown me.

Sorry for the late reply! Hopefully you have sorted it out by now. But if you havent, and if other have this issue, its quite tricky...

You need to take apart the front and side plastic off completely to reveal screws for the top power buttons/LEDs

Here is an image of what I mean:

What I find silly is, if an amateur like me can do it, then surely a massive multi million dollar company like Corsair can do it?

Get your **** together Corsair!
