ReaperGN
For what ever reason my AX760I wont work with my new MSI A88X-G45. All it does is click repeatedly and the lights on the board will flash. Even if its outside the case and nothing but the power cables plugged in. But my old Dynex power supply runs just fine with the exact same setup. And the AX760I is happy as can be in my old setup. I really don't want to keep things that way. If anyone has a suggestion on how to fix this it would be appreciated. Here is the info on both systems. Ahtlon
Did you used the right cpu 8pin cable on the cpu,Did you tried to disable the amd sleepstate in the bios.
ReaperGN
I used the cable labeled CPU that is split at one end to support older systems that only used a 4 pin hook up for the CPU. And With the AX760I I could never get to the bios in my new setup so I don't understand why a sleep setting would matter. Could you explain that one a bit?
