generalmx Posted July 11, 2014 Share Posted July 11, 2014 I made two tickets for the same issue, many months apart, and it's been about a week since I last saw any status on either of them...I'm just waiting to hear if the RMA can be approved or not after submitting the invoice. It looks like ticket #6480391 was forwarded to Customer Service possibly incorrectly, since no one touched it. Regardless, ticket #6283301 supersedes ticket #6480391 if the RMA on the first ticket is valid.
