ParanoiaZ
I have the option to update from the 30.06 firmware to the 30.08 firmware in iCUE, but the update fails immediately after clicking "update" and never getting past 0%, then the keyboard is removed from my list of devices in iCUE until I either restart the computer or unplug / plug-in the keyboard. I've tried following the soft reset procedure found on the support website without luck and further filed a support ticket, but have not heard back from Corsair yet. I'm hoping someone here can give me some suggestions on how to go about fixing this issue. Thanks
hoofgan
Hi Mate, Just got a K55 and I'm having the exact same issue. Hopefully a fix will come along soon?
JhoMoney
Hello, I have a solution, I just had this issue with both my newly purchased k55 keyboard and Cosair Nightsword. What worked for me, is I used my personal laptop I had laying around which was a Dell Latitude 7450. I downloaded icue and connected my keyboard and mouse to it and updated them there. It worked. So hopefully you have a spare laptop or a friend that's willing to share. I found this solution somewhere online and tried it myself and it worked. Hopefully it works for you.
