Hello, I have a solution, I just had this issue with both my newly purchased k55 keyboard and Cosair Nightsword. What worked for me, is I used my personal laptop I had laying around which was a Dell Latitude 7450. I downloaded icue and connected my keyboard and mouse to it and updated them there. It worked. So hopefully you have a spare laptop or a friend that's willing to share. I found this solution somewhere online and tried it myself and it worked. Hopefully it works for you.
