Default HS50 Issue, my friends hear what I hear

Hello, sorry if I'm in the right place for it but I recently bought a HS50 and I have some issues with.

The microphone is working, the audio is working as well but when I'm on discord with my friends, they hear what I do. I already went to the discord settings to change my microphone sensibility (now at the minimum), and it seems a bit better but if my sound is too high, my friends hear it. I searched a solution for at least 2hours, and then I don't know what to do.

It's an annoying issue because I have bought this gaming headset for the microphone.

Thank you for your help.

hey I have the exact same issue. the only way i have found to "fix it" is to turn my game sound WAY down so even I can barely hear it. If anyone knows a fix for this please let me know

Putting in a support ticket through the link in the post above yours is the best solution at this time.
