C4live
Hello, I recently bought a new Corsair H100X, installed it and everything was ok, the other day I had to reinstall the cooler on my new Phanteks case P600S, everything was going fine...when installing the last screw of the cooler it simply snaped...and broke the screw..! Belive it or not...I didn't do any abnormal or excessive amount of force... Has this happened to anyone? I contacted the customer service but didn't receive any answer until now :( Best Regards Diego
creed0330
Was the orientation of the waterblock causing too much force to applied to break? An good luck on feed back from Corsair, it takes a littler over a week for me to get a response. It does indicate on their website i believe that response times are longer than usual given everything thats going on.
