Hi; having the same issue; as soon as ICUE is installed windows gets Laggy; mouse stops responding and my framerate drops. even with the option disabled for software control form the ram this happens. i can live without ICue but this is really bad for someone that has the full corsair lineup. it seems to happen more with x570 and AMD Cpus. only solution for now is the remove ICUE completely. Corsair please have a look in at what is causing this. with your software the machine is unusable.
