H100i Not detected by Corsair Link

Have you made sure you have the latest version of Corsair LINK installed? There was an issue with a recent version where the USB driver for our coolers wouldn't work with certain system configs, resulting in the cooler not being detected correctly by LINK.

USB cable in the H1001?

Plugged into a USB 2.0 port on the MOBO?

Light comes on in the pump?

SATA connection established?

Tried a different USB 2.0 port?

Rebooted?

 

Usb cable: Check

 

Plugged into USB2.0 port: Check

 

Light on: Check

 

Sata connection? No idea.

 

Not tried different port

 

Rebooted: Several times.

 

Thanks, I will try to swap the USB port on the Mobo.

Hi, thanks for responding.

 

I have downloaded the latest version, just 2 days ago.

 

Checking for upgrade in Corsair Link tells me I already have the latest version as well.

 

Nex thing to try?
