Corsair Employee Corsair CJ Posted November 15, 2017 Corsair Employee Share Posted November 15, 2017 Have you made sure you have the latest version of Corsair LINK installed? There was an issue with a recent version where the USB driver for our coolers wouldn't work with certain system configs, resulting in the cooler not being detected correctly by LINK. Hi, thanks for responding. I have downloaded the latest version, just 2 days ago. Checking for upgrade in Corsair Link tells me I already have the latest version as well. Nex thing to try? Zooms
UPDATE: Have solved the issue by switching to a different USB 2.0 port. I have no clue why this worked, but it did! Thanks to William1 for suggesting it.
