bobtogan Posted December 4, 2018 Share Posted December 4, 2018 Hi, I have been using this headset for a few months now. I started noticing problems in the last week. My headset works fine then it randomly disconnects and reconnects. Even though having it fully charged, it still happens. I have updated the drivers and reinstalled them. Nothing seems to work. Perhaps near a WiFi router, a microwave, or a home phone system, they can cause interference. Try moving the receiver from front to back or vice-versa for your system to see if this helps. We have an open beta for MacOS if that's what you have.
