4 days now. live chat told me I was going to have an answer on Monday. Why support lie? I read a few threads and looks like you have to wait a few weeks...

now i have this unusable keyboard and by searching this exact happen to a lot of models like k70... never expect a 200eur keyboard has ****ty bugs like this.
