singhvi Posted November 16, 2008 Share Posted November 16, 2008 I bought 2x2GB TWIN2X4096-6400C5DHX G RAM from Newegg.com while I was in the US 3 weeks ago. I have now moved back to my home country, India. I find that one of the modules doesnt work properly. The boot screen comes up, then the machine freezes. On another machine, not even the boot screen comes. How do I go about getting it replaced? Will Corsair's people in India handle my case? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
