yizzix
So I have had my K70 for a while now and I really love it. But lately the Q key has started to become unresponsive some time. It will work about 50% of the time I press it. I'm not sure if this is something I had done by accident of anything. I will most likely just want to make a warranty claim but I am not sure how much money it will cost of if my keyboard is still under warranty or not. How can I check this? yizzix
I want to submit my K70 RGB for an RMA but I dont know how much it will cost, what would be expected for it to cost if I just want to get a key fixed?
Administrators Technobeard Posted May 1, 2016 Administrators Share Posted May 1, 2016 RMAs don't cost anything. The only cost would be you shipping it to the RMA depot (California). Note: You'll need your proof of purchase from the store.

Corsair Wizard
Yizzix, If the fact that you're warranty is out of the coverage we would still be able to assist with technical trouble shooting but we wouldnt be able to RMA the product.
