Mr_Rata Posted July 11, 2018 Share Posted July 11, 2018 Hi,I bought yesterday k95platiniun and i don't know how to save my profile to device..tried to remove internal storage device..all profiles..pressing scape key while conecting to usb ...and when i close windows session or while booting or when close icue app, my colour profiles disappear,and all keys become to red colour..not like my profile.. how i can do all? xMacias Posted July 11, 2018 Share Posted July 11, 2018 Create a new profile with the K95 selected. There should be an option that says "Software Profile / Hardware Profile". Select Hardware profile and from there, you can create a profile that will save to your device. Again, hardware profile means that it only functions when CUE is not running. c-attack Posted July 11, 2018 Share Posted July 11, 2018 You should have three profiles with a mini SD looking icon that say HW1, HW2, HW3. Did you delete them?
