Humpfbabble Posted July 5, 2018 Share Posted July 5, 2018 Hallo zusammen, habe heute mein neues Netzteil bekommen und gleich verbaut. Läuft auch alles wie es soll nur erkennt keine der Corsair Software das Netzteil. LED bleibt aus. Verbunden ist das Netzteil per USB an einem USB 2.0 Port. Muss da noch ein Hebel umgelegt werden? Corsair Employee Bluebeard Posted July 7, 2018 Corsair Employee Share Posted July 7, 2018 Versuche bitte auch, sofern vorhanden, ein Mini USB Kabel zu USB Kabel an der Rückseite des Rechners anzuschließen. Aktualisiere auch bitte alle USB-Treiber für dein Mainboard, Windows, sowie zuletzt das BIOS. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Humpfbabble Posted July 9, 2018 Author Share Posted July 9, 2018 So endlich Zeit gehabt zum rumprobieren. Corsair Software deinstalliert und appdata gelöscht. Treiber & BIOS sind aktuell. ICUE neu installiert mit dem "onboard" Kabel hat sich nichts verändert. Sobald ich jedoch das MiniUSB zu USB verwende, gehen in dem Moment an Tastatur und Maus die Lampen aus und Windows klappt USB technisch komplett weg. Egal ob ich Maus und Keyboard an und abstecke, ohne reboot akzeptiert er nichts was per USB angeschlossen ist oder wird. Es kommt immer folgender Fehler im 3sec loop: LED am PSU bleibt auch aus egal welchem Kabel. Bin gedanklich grade schon bei der Reklamation oder gibts dadurch nen neuen Ansatz?
