DCypher
I got my VOID a while ago and I thought it was great. However, today the batter ran out and it stopped working. I charged for two hours but it doesn't turn on. It cycles through the spectrum while charging but as soon as I turn it on the right ear-cup flashes green, it beeps, and shuts back down. I downloaded the newest version of CUE, and its not being detected by it. It is in the devices and printers though. I have the non Yellow-jacket wireless version. Thanks for Your Help, DCypher
Toasted
Have you tried turning the headset on with the charging cable connected? Just in case CUE or something has changed the lighting effect. Check the dongle when you turn it on, Does it go from blinking to solid? If so, the headset is connected. Yes I have tried turning it on with the cable connected, it still does not work and is not detected by CUE. Strangely though, the dongle does have a solid light. If it would help, the mute light on the info-mic does not light up either.
DCypher
Never mind, I fixed it myself. Sorta stupid fix. All I had to do was unplug and re-plug the wireless dongle. Can't believe that I would do something worthy of TFTS.
