madawoc
i checked ASTRA32 and EVEREST Ultimate and both says my ram is DDR3-1066 instead of DDR3-1600. i changed the FSB in my BIOS to 1600 and increased the voltage to 1.8V (the one it says on the memory itself) there are screenshots about ASTRA32 diagnostic: http://img195.imageshack.us/gal.php?g=astra322.jpg
Yellowbeard
You are looking at the SPD timings. You have to use manual timings to run 1600.

Wired
IGNORE THE SPD TAB. It NEVER changes. SPD contains STATIC settings. The MEMORY tab is showing your memory is running at the correct speed, although your timings aren't quite right. Easy enough to fix manually.
