DiaZelArd Posted April 25, 2017 Share Posted April 25, 2017 All but one of my profiles deleted themselves for some unknown reason, but i'd had them saved to my keyboard memory. I was wondering if there was some way to pull the profiles from the keyboard memory so i could bring them into CUE, because otherwise when i have CUE running it only lets me us the profile That's still in CUE. Toasted Posted April 26, 2017 Share Posted April 26, 2017 Unless you are using a K95 Platinum, Scimitar RGB PRO, Unfortunately, you cannot recover the saved profile on the keyboard as it isn't really the full CUE profile. It will be best to re-create your profiles and then backup your CUE folder which can be found in %appdata%\Corsair. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
