Choka Posted March 18, 2019 Share Posted March 18, 2019 Hello, I encounter a problem when I try to update my Corsair Dark Core SE. I got all time update failled when I try it. French support advise me to post my problem here. french post :http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?p=997876#post997876 As soon as I start this one, it remains blocking at 0% then disappears and makes leave the tab of the mouse in ICUE. I am forced to unplug / reconnect to see it back, then try again, but still in vain ... My process for update : Uninstall ICUE, clean all folder and registry. Reboot Install ICUE with the link on your support. Unplug the cable and the dongle of the mouse. Set off my mouse. Start ICUE Plug the dongle Plug the cable Set on my mouse start update I have all time failled update.
