Do I need to make any further purchases? Thank you for any help. I highly advise you checking the new 500D SE. The SE version of the 500D comes with a Commander Pro (which has more features than the Lighting Node Pro) and three LL-120 fans. It looks very similar to the 570x and I think uses the same chassis. Though beauty is in the eye of the beholder and I like the tinted glass and other features of the case. To be honest you are really heavy on the exhaust side of things and you will have negative pressure, which will pull in dust from the outer reaches of the case. Additionally you might get better overall performance from going with 3xLL-120s front mounted and 1x140mm as the rear exhaust. I know in some in some of Gamer Nexus testing, that to much airflow on the top and back could reduce performance/increase temps as more air was being take out of the case, before it could flow over the components. You really want those bottom fans on the front to help supply cool air to the GPU as it is more sensitive to heat than the CPU and the VRM. Lastly the exhaust fans tend to have less resistance as intake fans usually have radiators, filters, and 90* bends to deal with. I think a 3:1 ratio (intake to exhaust) is a good safe figure for cooling. iCue is an awesome tool, which replaces CUE and Link, though it is in early access/open beta. So while they are fixing issues and it is amazing, it might not be for everyone. The CoPro does have 2 RGB channels like the Lighting Node Pro, but also has 6x fan headers, USB hub, and temperature sensors. It is hard for me to recommend the expansion strips alone as there isn't much of a price difference between the strips and the LNP. Having more channels is awesome! That being said the Corsair Strips are top notch, having embedded magnets is really great and no failing adhesive to worry about, like a lot of other strips out there. I will definitely check out the new case as well as that FAQ, I'm sure I will know how to do it from there. However, I would enjoy the prospect of having two exhaust LLRGB fans on the top simply for asthethics, would it really be a detriment to my build, or is there some other configuration I could do that would compromise between having 6 total fans as well as good cooling? I don't think it would be a huge issue, maybe talking about a few degrees C higher temp. Either way I don't know if you would see a huge difference. If you are going for aesthetics, then go for it. Also bench marks can vary from different cases, fans, and setups. My recommendation was based more on performance and necessity of the extra fans.
