D865PERL P21 BIOS Problems

My Intel 865PERL was running fine with twin Corsair 512's (model? ... they're silver ... ?) for months, using the board's P19 BIOS, and memory set at 2-3-3-5. I flashed the Intel P21 BIOS, redid my BIOS settings to 2-3-3-5, and now system hangs approx every 10 mins. I've tried 2-2-2-6, 2.5-3-3-7, and 3-3-3-8, all without success. I'm trying to flash back to P19, but can't find out how, as yet. Any suggestions on memory timings to try?

Hrm, it could have a 533 or 800 Mhz FSB. If it's a 533 Mhz FSB, running the memory @ 200 Mhz could be causing the problem. May want to try setting it to 166 Mhz.

Settings for the 3200LL:

CAS Latency: 2

RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD): 3

Row Precharge (tRP): 2

Active to Precharge Delay (tRAS): 6

memory voltage: 2.7x or 2.8 volts

Thanks! My current settings finally seem fairly stable, and I hesitate to change them. They are 2.5-3-3-7. I suppose I could change 7 to 6, per your suggestions, but am really enjoying having no freeze-ups for a while. Just wanted to let you know. (I don't know why these settings seem to work now. I'm pretty sure I tried them before (per an earlier post) without much success.)
