hobbitshire Posted December 6, 2017 Share Posted December 6, 2017 Hi, I'm having issues with a ticket I've just opened - #654558. I go to Manage Tickets, it says status is open. When I click on the number and open it there is a note half way down that says: "Note: Your ticket is closed. Please contact corsair support or open a new ticket for further assistance." Also, when I try to attach proof of purchase and click on the Update button I get this message: "Error - Threads is required". Any ideas?
