  1. macOS 12.5, iCUE 4.26.110 Hardware K70 RGB MK.2, 3.24 latest firmware This has been an ongoing problem, but finally reporting it. When I try to save to the OnBoard Memory it goes to "saving..." and never completes. Do I just keep waiting and maybe someday it will finish or is something actually wrong either with iCUE or my keyboard? Happens on a fresh install of iCUE, happens on fresh boot, has happened ever since I got the keyboard in February so many different versions of iCUE and macOS.
  2. I did not get the installation failure on my macOS Monterey system that the previous versions had, so @Corsair Nick please tell the devs thanks!
  3. Install issue is happening to EVERYONE else running Monterey 12.3+. Dev builds for 12.3 started coming out in January, so Corsair has had 4 months to notice the install error (apparently related to the removal of Python) and has done apparently nothing. My keyboard (K70) only works wired, so I don't have that particular issue. App still chews up RAM, goes "Not Responding" multiple times a day, and sometimes my keyboard doesn't work pre-login (so I can't log in), so I have to unclamshell my MBA and type in the password there.
  4. Nope, the answer is "no". 3 months since the first dev builds on macOS 12.3 removing python seems long enough for *SOMEONE* at Corsair to notice that iCUE fails to install... Instead we have users trying to sort it out themselves...
  5. @Corsair Nick does this fix the macOS 12.3+ installation error that affects all Macs since the removal of python?
  6. As a software developer I get it, it's Working As Designed/Developed, but that's really weak cover. I guess consider this thread a feature enhancement request. I also get that macOS is late to the party with iCue and this probably includes client development, QA, and product development as well. It will get better.
  7. LOL! Hilarious comparison. Care to explain why it didn't work this way in iCUE 3 per the OP? The only positive of having it in the Dock endlessly is that it makes it that much easier to Force Quit it when it hangs multiple times a day. Oh, and I guess product marketing likes it too.
  8. Man, I totally missed that part of their post and you're absolutely right. I have a plenty of apps that run in the menu bar only and no Dock icon, for example Mac fans control, Memory Cleaner, Little Snitch, MS OneDrive, etc). @Corsair Notepad
  9. Doesn't happen to me every reboot, but when it does only SOME keys seem to actually work. I'll type in my password and only some of the keys fill in the box. 2015 MBA clamshell connected to 27" Cinema Display, running macOS 12.3 RC. K70 RGB Mk2 latest firmware. Keyboard (and Dark Core Mouse transponder) connected to USB ports on the monitor, fed by a port on the MBA. When it happens I have not actually tried replugging, but if I open my MBA and log in with the regular keyboard the K70 eventually starts working.
  10. What version of macOS are you running and which version(s) of iCUE have you tried? Did you get any errors when installing iCUE and/or did you approve all the System Settings prompts to allow access to your Mac?
  11. My only option is to check/uncheck Keep in Dock, there is not a Remove From Dock for me.
  12. Sweet, I will try this after I Force Quit iCUE so it starts working again. It crashes multiple times a day but since no one from Corsair has commented on my posts the last two iCUE versions I guess it is normal behavior.
  13. Getting to the macOS version is always tedious as the main page presents Windows and must not do any user agent checking to determine Mac users. Getting messages that the installation fails, same as last version. Even reinstalling after approving all the security and extension access prompts shows failure. App launches and functions, albeit using >500Mb of RAM. Only time will tell if this version still crashes, scenes stop working, mouse DPI resets, and app shows Not Responding, multiple times a day. macOS 12.3 RC
  14. Will there be a beta for the upcoming macOS release?
  15. OS: macOS Monterey 12.3 iCUE: 4.20.169 Hardware: Apple MacBook Air 2015 I've been posting in other threads about the pain that is iCUE on macOS (slow launch, slow device detection and/or devices don't detect in a hub, excessive memory use, app icon stays in dock) but this one is new. I just added the K70 yesterday and it has been challenging (cannot clear profiles, cannot save profiles, update checks fail/hang, lighting scheme does not update, etc), but this one is new. After a reboot iCUE prompted for a firmware update al by itself, but now just sits there with the progress bar not moving telling me not to unplug the device or restart the software. It would be so nice to be able to complete the setup of this keyboard and use it effectively. Would also be nice if I could use the keyboard and/or wireless dongle NOT directly connected to the Mac so I can hook up my hub and use all my other USB devices...
