K70 vengence

I have a k70 vengence and it keep key repeating and some times the key don`t always register this appears to be random.

 

It is getting harder & harder to use this keyboard.

 

This was a birthday gift to me back in june 2014

 

 

is there anything i can try to get this working ?

Try updating the firmware on the unit. If the keys are still repeating or not registering, submit a RMA and have it replaced.

I tried updating the firmware had a bit of trouble running the programe as i was on windows 10 but managed it on a machine with windows 7 have tried this on 3 machines so looks like it needs an rma have submited one just waiting on it being approved now

Still awaiting on RMA 6705419 to be approved anything you can do would be much appreciated thanks

 

can`t seem to find the lot number for the keyboard would that be the serial number on the back ?

You dont need to input the serial number. I checked with our support team and it is now approved.:D:

Parcel sent of next day delivery no update on ticket to say it has been received have corsair got my parcel yet ?

 

This was delivered on 03/12/2015 09:55am

 

Anything you can do would be much appreciated i just need to know they have got the parcel and looking in to it.

Got keyboard today ticket got updated yesterday so very happy keyboard is working again :)

 

only problem i have is the red key number 1 has a little scratch on it :(

 

Other then that keyboard working great no chatter ;)

Glad that it's working again! Are you talking about the contoured key caps?

keybooard is playing up again

 

getting chatter and the delete key does not always respond its almost a year since my last

 

replacement & dont know were i stand on warrantry if there is anything left ?

 

is theere anything i can do to fix this problem i love this keyboard
