Hi buddy Both pumps in the same loop?. if so.. yeah just use the one probe.. and it doesnt have to go in the pump. could mount it into any available port the fluid passes on its way around the loop.. I have seen them mounted in Distro's and GPU's. if its 2 separate loops then i suggest using both as you need to know each loops temp. which is how i have my dual loop 1000d set up. no good knowing my CPU loop is ok if my GPU loop is boiling...
