majesticuicorn
So i got this chair for xmas and im loving it, but ever since then ive been trying to figure out why the hell does it wobble? i can move forward and back even though its LOCKED and it can move side to side, its just annoying to feel the movement in the chair, ive checked everything i can find to see if all is tightened. I have no idea what that cylinder thing underneath the chairs does but ive loosened and tightened it and it still does the same thing. anyone please help me!:(:
Corsair Employee Corsair Mint Posted February 4, 2019 Corsair Employee Share Posted February 4, 2019 Hi majesticuicorn, are you locking the chair by sliding the lock arm in? This would prevent it from leaning back.
majesticuicorn
yes it is pushed in so its locked, but the T2 is one where you twist down, so im confused on why its still rocking even though its locked
anonymous256
Are you referring to the swinging mechanism (arm on the left below the seat cushion) or to the backrest tilt mechanism (arm on the right side near the back on just above the cushion)? I have the chair for less then half a year and now it seems that the backrest tilt mechanism in my chair has failed as well.
Corsair Employee Corsair Mint Posted February 7, 2019 Corsair Employee Share Posted February 7, 2019 Hmm, if it's still rocking a little too much, have you tried adjusting the Tilt Tension knob underneath the chair? Increasing tension should slow it from moving as quickly with leaning.
